Positive Moves is a voluntary project offering assistance to local individuals in Clackmannanshire who are seeking work or thinking about taking the first steps towards employment.
Our mission at Positive Moves is to provide comprehensive support to Clackmannanshire individuals aged 16-67 who have training or support needs and challenges that make it difficult for them to think about work or compete for jobs. Positive Moves can offer a wide variety of support that is person-centred and tailored to meet each individual’s circumstances. This support could include valuable work qualifications such as getting a
construction work card,
food hygiene and
first aid certificates;
confidence building; support with
travel costs;
money advice;
IT skills; access to
volunteering and
work experience placements locally; and
jobsearch and
interview skills.
The project is delivered through a partnership of Clackmannanshire Economic Regeneration Trust (CERT) and Clackmannanshire Works.
We are proud to announce that our project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, allowing us to provide quality services and support to the local community in Clackmannanshire.
