In today’s fast-paced and diverse workplace, the ability to communicate effectively is more important than ever. This course focuses on developing interpersonal communication skills that foster understanding, cooperation, and empathy. Participants will learn how to adapt their communication style to different audiences, navigate challenging conversations, and convey messages in a way that builds rapport and trust. Learners will practice active listening, non-verbal communication, and conflict resolution techniques that help create positive and productive interactions. Whether in personal relationships or professional settings, this course empowers learners to engage others with confidence, clarity, and emotional intelligence. To be eligible for this course, you must: 1. Be a resident of Clackmannanshire 2. Be aged between 18 and 67. 3. NOT currently be enrolled in full-time education. 4. NOT be working more than 17.5 hours a week
