This new Healthy Eating on a Budget course is a short 2-day course created at Forth Valley College, Alloa Campus. This exciting course will give you the opportunity to come to Forth Valley College and learn to cook healthy different 2 course meals. Alongside cooking your 2-course meal each day, we will look into how to budget and plan your daily meals to make your money go further each week, alongside how to make each meal not only healthy, but as tasty as possible. We will team all of this with a well being session. The Healthy Eating on a Budget course is complimentary, so there is no cost to you. You do not need to bring anything with you and can take any food you cook away with you.
