This comprehensive Hospitality programme equips learners with the essential skills and qualifications needed to excel in the hospitality industry. Participants will gain hands-on experience in bar work and barista training ensuring they are well-prepared for various roles in the sector. Upon completion, attendees will receive a Personal License and Food Hygiene Certificate, enabling them to legally serve alcohol and ensure safety standards in. This course provides the ideal foundation for individuals aiming to kickstart or advance their careers in the vibrant hospitality industry. To be eligible for this course, you must: 1. Be a resident of Clackmannanshire 2. Be aged between 16 and 67. 3. NOT currently be enrolled in full-time education. 4. NOT be working more than 17.5 hours a week

Monday 7th October - 09:30 - 16:30 - Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders
Tuesday 8th October - 09:30 - 16:30 - REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene
Wednesday 9th October - 09:30 - 16:30 - Barista
Thursday 10th October - 09:30 - 16:30 - Bartending
All sessions will run in at the Royal Oak Hotel in Alloa.
Please keep in mind that you must be able to attend all sessions to be eligible for the enrolment of this course.
