This course is designed to help individuals enhance their motivation and cultivate a sense of purpose, leading to improved overall wellbeing. Through a combination of practical strategies, self-reflection exercises, and group discussions, participants will learn how to set meaningful goals, identify barriers to motivation, and develop techniques to maintain enthusiasm in various areas of their lives. The course explores the connection between motivation and mental health, offering tools to boost energy, increase resilience, and foster a positive mindset. By the end of this course, participants will have a personalized action plan to stay motivated and thrive in both personal and professional settings. To be eligible for this course, you must: 1. Be a resident of Clackmannanshire 2. Be aged between 16 and 67. 3. NOT currently be enrolled in full-time education. 4. NOT be working more than 17.5 hours a week
