Get a flavour for a new skill with our Intensive Beginner Barbering course This hands-on course is perfect for newcomers looking to master the basics and gain essential skills in the art of barbering. You'll receive personalized 1-on-1 support from an experienced professional, guiding you through foundational cutting techniques and styling. You will even get to practice on live models providing real-world experience, ensuring you build confidence and beginners skills from day-one. Our supportive learning environment and modern facilities make it easy to learn and grow. By the end of the course, you'll be equipped with the skills and knowledge to start your journey as a professional barber giving you vital experience prior to either starting in a shop or perhaps undertaking a college course to learn the trade fully. To be eligible for this course, you must: 1. Be a resident of Clackmannanshire 2. Be aged between 16 and 67. 3. NOT currently be enrolled in full-time education. 4. NOT be working more than 17.5 hours a week
Please keep in mind, that, due to the nature of this course, these will be one to one sessions held on Mondays and Wednesdays starting from Monday 16th September and finishing up on Wednesday 9th October.
Sessions will be run on the following dates.
These are separated into morning and afternoon sessions, with the morning sessions running from 10:00 - 12:30 and the afternoon sessions running from 13:30 - 16:00.
Due to the nature of these bookings, some sessions may be unavailable due to someone already being booked on/allocated a space on the session. We will be in touch to discuss your placement further and do our best to accommodate where we can!
