Equip yourself with the knowledge and skills to provide immediate support to individuals experiencing mental health crises through our Mental Health First Aid course. This comprehensive training program is designed to teach you how to recognize the signs of mental health issues, offer initial help, and guide a person towards appropriate professional support. Whether you're a caregiver, educator, manager, or simply someone who wants to make a difference, this course prepares you to be a confident and effective mental health first responder. To be eligible for this course, you must: 1. Be a resident of Clackmannanshire 2. Be aged between 16 and 67. 3. NOT currently be enrolled in full-time education. 4. NOT be working more than 17.5 hours a week

Please keep in mind that this is a two day course and will run on a strict timeline.

The course will run from 09:00am until finishing up at 17:00pm on Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th September.

You must be able to attend both days to be successfully enrolled onto this course.
