This course is designed to empower individuals with the skills and mindset needed to build resilience and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and adaptability. Through engaging activities, self-reflection, and evidence-based techniques, participants will explore how to bounce back from setbacks, manage stress effectively, and maintain a positive outlook even in difficult situations. The course provides practical tools to develop emotional strength, cultivate a growth mindset, and enhance overall mental wellbeing. By the end of this course, participants will have a personalized resilience toolkit to help them face adversity and thrive in both personal and professional aspects of life. To be eligible for this course, you must: 1. Be a resident of Clackmannanshire 2. Be aged between 16 and 67. 3. NOT currently be enrolled in full-time education. 4. NOT be working more than 17.5 hours a week
