Celebrate Scotland's patron saint with the power of words! Join us for a day dedicated to creative writing, inspired by the spirit and heritage of St. Andrew’s Day. Whether you're a budding poet, an aspiring novelist, or simply love storytelling, this workshop offers the perfect space to explore and develop your writing skills. Delve into the rich tapestry of Scottish history, folklore, and landscape as inspiration, we will help you bring your ideas to life. Through fun exercises and group activities, you'll learn techniques for crafting compelling poems and stories. We welcome all skill levels, and together we'll toast to creativity, connection, and the stories that shape us. Leave with newfound confidence, fresh ideas, and maybe even a piece that captures the spirit of Scotland! To be eligible for this course, you must: 1. Be a resident of Clackmannanshire 2. Be aged between 16 and 67. 3. NOT currently be enrolled in full-time education. 4. NOT be working more than 17.5 hours a week. Please register your interest by 15th November to be eligible for further enrolment on this course.
